Getting Started
1. Purchase Products
Browse our shop and purchase tracking chips, stickers, or other supplies. Tracking functionality is provided through AniTrackers tracking chips. Your purchase includes access to the Ranch Console.
2. Access Ranch Console
After purchase, you'll receive instructions to access the Ranch Console. Create your account and begin setting up your operation.
3. Set Up Your Herd
Add animals to your herd, assign tracking chips, and begin logging treatments and health records. Configure geofences to support location monitoring.
4. Stay Compliant
Use the Ranch Console to organize documentation, generate reports, and maintain records that support regulatory and operational requirements.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days throughout all 50 states
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days via UPS. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Shipping times begin after processing is complete.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging (damaged items may be returned as-is)
- Refund Timeline: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping Return: Free return shipping for defective items; customer pays return shipping for regular returns
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement immediately or issue a refund.

- Check your internet connection
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.
If issues persist, contact support with your email address and a description of the error message you're seeing.

Our shop uses Stripe Payment Links for secure checkout. If you're having trouble:
- Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked in your browser
- Disable ad blockers temporarily
- Try using a different browser or incognito mode
- Check your internet connection
For persistent issues, please reach out to support and include a screenshot of any error message.

Here's what to check:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Verify the email address used at checkout
- Wait a few minutes — delivery can take 5–10 minutes
If you still don't see a confirmation after 30 minutes, contact support with the email address you used. We can resend it or provide your order details.

A receipt was included in your confirmation email. If you need a second copy or have questions about your order:
- Check your email confirmation (including spam folder)
- The receipt includes your order number, items, and total
For invoices or custom receipt requests, contact support with your order number.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use that number to monitor your shipment with the carrier.
If you haven't received tracking information after 3 business days, let us know.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact support immediately with your order number. We may be able to help if it hasn't shipped yet.
Once an order has shipped, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return using our standard return process (see Shipping & Returns above).
